Hi Hugh,
Thanks for your quick response. I thought it was you but for some reason every email that we exchanged has disappeared from my system and it was just long ago for my aging memory to be unsure. It was driving me a bit crazy trying to remember.
Well, you know I, at least, am looking forward to you getting it done and for sale. I hope you find the few days you need soon.
Dan

That was me at Loose Cannon. We have everything done with the exception of just detailing the river gunboat and that has been taking a while when other projects keep popping up. I wish I could tell you when it will be ready but other kits get the attention at this point. Just a few days work and it will be ready.

USS San Pablo - China river boat
A while back I was in correspondence with one of the resin ship model producers about a kit of the USS San Pablo, from the movie The Sand Pebbles, on which he was working. He said that in addition to the ship, he intended to make the boom that blocked the river (in the major action scene in the movie) so the kit was really a diorama. I sent some screen captures of the ship and the boom to use as reference. I cannot find any record of the correspondence but I'm sure I did not imagine it. Does anybody know anything about this project and its status?
