It´s in german, but I think the pictures speak for themselves.
I will replace the white metal part that is meant to pose as the radar with a 3D-printed radar from a PBR-kit... I hope they both used the same system?

Bill, I replied to your PM!
For all others, I already started my LSSC-build. If you want to take a look, look here: https://www.modellboard.net/index.php?topic=68777.0

Re: Light Seal Support Craft (LSSC) - any intel?
Hajo,
I found another interesting source for STABs, LCPL and LSSC craft. This document is two PDFs, if interested I can find a way to send these to you.

HAJO,
One last source is the book Warboats authored by Jin Gray and Phil Garn. There are some great photographs of the LSSC and a scale drawing in this book. Unfortunately it is a limited print book and hard to find. You can reach Jim from the Warboats website. A very helpful individual who served on PTF boats in Vietnam.

Friedman’s book on U.S. small combatants has a small discussion of these boats and two photographs.

Light Seal Support Craft (LSSC) - any intel?
I´m in the process of acquiring a 1/72 model kit of a LSSC. I don´t expect much detail or documentation coming with the kit, so I turn to the forum and hope someone has some more knowledge.
Strange enough I didn´t found much on LSSCs in the internet, even Wikipedia has only a very short article. So, I´m generally interested in any information about these boats.
More specifically I´m interested in number of crew members (only one driver? Who is manning the machine guns?) and if there had been any interesting (camoflage-)paint schemes or if they had been just green while beeing operated in Vietnam.
Thank you very much!
