That's HMS Jervis wrapped up in about 50 hours although I probably spent a little too long playing around with the sea-effect base. The model itself was pretty straight forward and I added a handful of 1/700 Royal Navy figures purchased from Starling models. I had some peloruses (or is it pelori) and other bridge accoutrements in my scrap box but it was getting a bit overcrowded, so I left them off.
