Just scored an OOP Jim Shirley Arsenal Ship. While nicely molded and cleanly cast, it comes with no sensors and minimal secondary arms.

Here's a link to Naktario's build of several years ago: http://www.modellversium.de/galerie/14-schiffe-modern/5176-arsenal-ship-jim-shirley-production.html. He's pursued some modifications.

Here's Blue Ridge Model's take on the same concept: http://www.modelwarships.com/reviews/ships/bb/bb-72/Az-700-br/brm-review.html.

Beyond the pros and cons of a ship this size in this role, how would you fit out her secondary armaments and sensor details to place the ship in current or near future service?
