The USN coating is foul-release, i.e., a smooth coating that is self-polishing for the ship at speed. The RN system is anti-fouling, so, toxic. Unlikely they are the same coating.

I was just looking up the supplier for the RN's current anti fouling and they list a blue colour as below. is this the USN one?

as I am doing the very end (I would say still a month of work however) work on my both CGs, I really need to know the FS codification of this paint, or at least a mix using acrylic paints.
