This construction corresponds to the kit 04542 in 1/350 of Trumpeter. The kit also includes its own set of photo-etched parts that includes the railing, masts and radars. The construction is different from other Trumpeter by bringing various elements of the superstructure with a modular design that simplifies construction and is quite precise. Several modifications have been introduced adding flyhawk ladders, cannons rebuilt with hipodermic needles, fiber optic antennas, cranes and several railings that have been replaced with others because the ones in the kit were somewhat fragile.
The paints used have been Vallejo 70907 (pale grey) for the hull and superstructures; 70868 (dark seagreen) for the deck and a mix of 70985 (Hull Red) and 70947 (dark vermellion) for the keel. Effects with pastel tone have been completed.
