Typical, you wait years for a Canarias then two come along within a couple of months though both are 1940s fit not SCW. Just finished building the Seed Hobby Canarias and I am very pleased with the result. It might be all 3d printed but it is a proper kit with a lot of PE as well. On the other hand I think it is 8mm to long to be true to scale. Looking at the Niko Model's web site their kit looks a little simpler and perhaps slightly less detailed but Niko make some nice stuff and the Seed Hobby version did stretch my modeling skills...
I was about to order another Seed Hobby Canarias to build as her ill fated sister ship Balearies and I dont think I will change my mind and order the Niko Models instead. But it is great to have a choice.
