Hi, this is a late reply, as you probably have found out by now, but to keep this thread going . . .
Most of my references for the Kanimbla Class Landing Platform Amphibious (LPA) conversion states that the aft flight deck was cleared, reinforced, extended by 12-metres, with raking of the stern. The actually length and width I am unsure about.
You could try
http://www.defencemodels.com.au which I think the company actually built a commissioned model of an LPA for the Department of Defence.
The hanger can house 3x Sea King or 4x Blakchawk helo's, with 2x landing spots aft. A Chinook can land on the aft deck too, but prolong operations are not possible.
