My guess would be the H39. 138.5 mm in 1/200 would be 277 m in 1/1, which is the length of H39. The ship in the WoWs picture is the Friedrich der gro�e, which as I have read from some sources was a name for one of the H-Klass ships.
Your Scharnhorst is looking great as always! It's amazing to see how much paper could do!
@Joachim, if you are interested in the O-class battlecruiser project, there are really good drawings of the ship's hull lines here, and they were possibly the original plans:

Though with these we still have little info on the upperworks.
