Plans of old merchant ships s/s "Melton" (1912)

Dear All
I am looking for the plans of the old cargo collier s/s "Melton". It was built in 1912 in the shipyard Samuel Peter Austin & Son, Sunderland.
During the Second World War, it sailed under the Polish flag like s/s "Kroman". Despite its small size, it was one of the best-armed cargo ships. :)
I wanted to build it on a 1/700 scale. In Polish literature I have found only inaccurate projections from the side of the ship.
The second request concerns the painting of cargo ships under the Ministry of War Transport (MoWT). What were the rules for painting / repainting them (colors).
Thanks a lot for all the information.
