An excellent set of photos of some equally excellent ship models. I wonder which are kits and those that are scratch built?

It wasn't a prototype of Kirov. It was a project in mid 1980s of light nuclear cruiser using hull from 1164 Slava-class cruiser and some superstructure and small power plant like 1144 Kirov-class
