Very cool - glad to see someone is building this kit (and sharing the pictures!). You are a model building machine!

yes is the dragon kit,but am not gonna bother with super detailing/fixing/adding extra details. The beauty of this will be in the overall depiction of the action rather in the detail.Having said that i will try to add or fix as many things i am not 100% satisfied with.

Great job on the water effects! I have not tried that and don't think I could achieve shuch a great look at this point in time. Please, keep showing us the progress!

Love the water effect ae and the way you play it off the light in the third pic.

I enjoy your work and look forward to more.

Great work as usual, bet the guys in the PT boat are happy they didn't arrive a second earlier, not sure what the blast from the guns firing would do to them :heh:

Pretty cool! I would suggest removing the "metallic-ness" of the blast, though, and perhaps add something (cotton strands, maybe?) to make the transition from center of the smoke to clear air more gradual.

Same, excellent but a bit too shiny.

Maybe a little more white/light gray mixed in the smoke, otherwise a very nice scene. And the PT boat's commander is really in trouble at this point, bad carreer move.

Great work :thumbs_up_1:
How about a blow by blow discription on how you did your water and smoke?

Thanks for sharing :woo_hoo:

about the patrol boats as this dio is a commission, i was ordered to squeeze in somehow the patrol boats that come with the kit, and given the space of the base this was the best i could come up with.Maybe not the most realistic scene i will have to agree there with you but very hair raising for some of the participants .
