I notice that there is a plan for Hiei's main bridge in the first photo you posted. Would you mind to tell me where I can find that plan?

That foto is from "the Kongo Class Battleship"(金剛型戦艦). You can find more line plans from "Imperial Japanese Navy Battleship Stylebook: Bridge and Superstructures" (日本海軍戦艦スタイルブック by 水谷清高)

Lovely work. And quite an improvement over the original kit parts.

I have a 1/700 Hiei kit myself and would be interested getting an upgrade pagoda set.
