Happy October/ADVANCED Halloween! hehehe.

Here is a quick build of Aoshima's 1/700 IJN light cruiser Jintsu kit, clearly in 1942 fit. I chose to do it out of the box yet again, since I'm still a novice when it comes to photoetch and rigging, which I may add in the future when I feel more confident.

If I can provide any advice, it's to thin your paints. There appears visible brushstrokes and ridges, which are due to paint being too thick, causing them to hold their shape while drying. Multiple thin coats and letting each dry before going over them is always preferred.

Good to see another one done.

Don't be afraid to take closer up photos.
