From the depths , pretty much OOB , drilled out the vents , made the base .

Boat and water looks really nice and realistic. What bothers me a bit is the angle and how much of the hull sticks out of the water. All in all nice and eye catching model :thumbs_up_1:

Cheers , yes I agree the 'emergency surfacing' is probably overdone !


I was inspired a few years back by 'Drowning Wolf ' by Scott Withers ... as his U-Boat was sinking backwards I thought to go another (somewhat artistic) route .

As a rule , I don't make many ships , it's all a bit too hard !
