Hello Capito Norbert,
I have been following you for some time now about the construction of the Bismarck battleship. I must say it is an excellent work and a great reporting in word and especially in the many pictures.
I am currently in the planning phase and would like to know what plans you use during construction.
I own the Gally-Plan and various books as main documents.
I'm still looking forward to your further reporting on the completion
Of your project.

Hallo Jacky2010
thank you by the words.
Well the plans i am using is a mix of two plans (Gally and Harhaus), so i produce a third plan(my plan i redraw many drawings to correct simetry etc....). the infos of both plans are very good but have some few mistakes. The Gally plan have more detailed measures(you can see the plan description in some areas). harhaus have some parts who does not have on Gally. Bundesarchiv have many plans from original plans too. i recomend.
i don't know if i am doing a true model but i am trying to do. :eyebrows:
I have many books too. i use only as reference(don't trust in some drawings).
really the Bismarck is a hard model to do, full of pieces, technical parts. The hull is full of particularities too.
This weekend i opened the stern portholes.
soon new pictures.
thanks for asking. i will wait for you project here. :thumbs_up_1:
