I just found out HMS Hood's cable runs a bit different... and I already attached that part...
At least I found out at what points it's a double cable and what parts it's not. Thanks to some wreck pics..

...I understand your feelings, since November, last year, I found a lot of new images about HMS Barham and often with more particulars about a part of the ship I already built.
Anyway I chose to put an end to my project, I will finish it this year in autumn, and this will be, also if I will be forced to cover a part of the ship near the funnel, with canvas sun cover, because there are some things uncorrect ( and I'm unable to understand how was the real thing )
... oh well it will be a touch of mediterranean style

I'm glad you like them, it has been a bit annoying to glue each gutter, it took me a lot of time ... and patience.
I hate repetitive works ...

It's the details that make a model convincing and this one sure is convincing! Looking better by the day!
Have you thought of painting things before you actually put them on the ship? I guess painting will become more difficult with all the details added!

@Neptune, I always try to add the max number of parts to my models before to paint it and the various washings.
Anyway the fore superstructure of the Barham is still movable and I will paint the decks separately

Hi Mike, I'll do my best to be in Telford, but if it will be possible I'll come by airplane and this will preclude to carry my Barham ... too dangerous I could not survive
Anyway we could manage to meet next time you will come here in Italy

This is the first and last camouflage pattern of Barham.
She was paint this way in 1941 until she was sunk in November same year, I'm not able at this time to say exactly when this scheme was adopted.
