Painting EZ Line?

Does anyone have any recommendations for painting EZ-line? I've just tried using some and like the results thus far, but the only color I could get at the time was blue. (What in the world would anyone want to rig in blue, I ask you? Probably the reason it was the only color left in stock) Anyway, does anyone know what type of paint might adhere to ti, not damage it, and wouldn't simply flake off it when it's stretched? (No, I don't need to go so far as for the paint to stretch with it - it can crack and spread; I just hope the paint stays attached when the line goes back to its at-rest position)

I don't use Easy-Line any more, but I've used ordinary acrylic paint, but only after installing the rigging on the model. That way,the paint can't flake off from handling or stretching.

Artist tube acrylic is cheap (like 2$ a tube) and sticks to EZ line just fine. I bought white because it was the only color available. I've painted it both black and silver. Also, a Sharpie works well, too.

I think you'll be fine with anything that isn't solvent based.

When using E-Z Line it's easy to get a twist (or two, or three) in the line without noticing it. E-Z Line is not monofilament - it's slightly ribbon. If you paint it silver, or any metallic color, the twists become very noticeable due to light reflection. Black doesn't show any twists.
