Hi,
is it possible to make a waterline project around 1/600 - 1/700 scale using general arrangement plans?

Yes some pics could be added as well. I'm thinking of shaping the hull from a wood block as the easiest way.

Doing a waterline of that ship will be very simple. A block of wood will work fine. After you shape it, skin it with 10 or 20 thou styrene sheet for a smooth finish you can glue to. Use super glue for the skinning.

Just use photos to get the bow and stern shapes close. The sides are flat and straight, so really, very little effort at all.

Thanks , this is what I was thinking. Sticking the deck and lower bottom (waterline) paper on wood and shape it, following the lines. I have used the same method on building small boats. It turned to be effective and enjoyable. The addition of styrene is interesting point though. I also have 0.07mm brass foil to use.
