This started off as a broken 72nd scale PT boat that I found at a weekend market. I started by cutting up the hull and making it shorter and thinner then added some details on the insides before building all of the cabin area above deck.
I used some small parts that came with the model, built the mast and everything else before printing out my decals.
I have always wanted to make a model of this RAAF rescue boat and being 72nd scale it goes well with my model aircraft.
