Time for a new project, this time with guns and all

Kit is fully 3D printed. I'm going to depict it on a seascape, portraying events of 10th of June 1943.
First primer coats on the hull plus some other little bits:

Tamiya diluted 3:1 (3 thinners) with Leveling Thinner.

Continued great work. I like the subtle oil canning effect on the hull.

Agree with Martin, that's some beautiful oil canning. Did you shoot through a mask for that, or is it done with pre-shading? Regardless, it works!
