Hello.
It seems that the torpedotubes have a roof/deck over them. They are pumping out water/oil mix from the hull. Must have been desperate hours...
Maybe they tried to tilt the ship from side to side.
I found a photo from Lofoten, com. Taken later and showing more colours! There are two dark colours on the splintershields. Dark grey and black? Or is that brown?
