What-If Kidd-class DDG upgrade

Good day all;
The the timeframe will be before they where sold to the Republic of China. And they follow what's the Taiwan navy is planning to do.
Let's start with the mk26 gone replaced with VLS
Then let's add a UAV center in one of the hanger bays.
Twerk the electronics and sensors and decoys systems they have.
