I'm wanting to use this 3d printed USS FORESTAL model to create an early CVA-61 USS Ranger. Any heads-up on just how possible this kit is to create an early Ranger. Can't get any good pic from the manu8facturer and I don't want to spend that kind of $$ without having an idea of what all mods would have to be done and if it's even possible. Any info you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

As this kits' deck and hull seem to be printed in at least 5 parts I wonder of it is not more efficient to get one the 1/350 Constellation kits and use that as a starting point. It will be lots of work anyway and by the looks of your other build you have the skills to do the neccesary scratchbuilding.
