Short answer - yes.
As you are no doubt aware Flowers can differ almost from ship to ship, and so it can be hard to pin down details for specific ships without photo ref, however if you look at what are known as the "modified Flowers" these appear to all have the wider stern (and the bandstand to the rear as you mentioned).
My ref suggests there were 11 British and 48 Canadian modified Flowers. Possibly the following, as I'm nowhere near being an expert on all the subtle differences between ships.
