Passing of Richard J. Washichek
I just learned this evening from Dick's wife that he passed away about a week ago after a short illness. Dick was the creator of the ptboatforum (ptboatforum.com/index.html) and maintained the discussion forum and more for many years. Currently the forum is offline, however I will try and see what can be done to keep this valuable resource available to the community.

That's a bummer - he was a good man and both him and the site are a great loss to the community.

Not giving up on the site yet. Dick's wife indicated she would see about getting the site opened up as this was his passion. We'll see what happens.
