Custom metal barrel service

Looking for anyone who can produce a few 1/200 italian barrels for the Roma class , main and secondary turrets mainly( 380 L50 , etc )

Master models in Poland used to do some custom work for me, suggest you ask them. Quality perfect. They have 1/350, might be easy to scale up too.

I can't address your question directly, but this does open the door to a possible alternative:

In 1/200 scale, those barrels might be possible utilizing a 3D design/print method as opposed to machined or turned barrels. The larger (380mm) barrels would certainly be able to be 3D printed with either brass or another hollow metal insert as a liner to keep the barrel straight after printing. The smaller barrels could also be 3D printed without any problems - I replaced my 1/200 scale IOWA class barrels with my own 3D printed versions well over a year or so ago without any issues.

Turned barrels are probably the ultimate way to go, however possibly not so easy to find someone to turn them at a reasonable price.
