Is a what if subject based on a true Super Yamato(Bill's link). Not like the old model, which was essentially a IJN Yamato/IJN Musashi with 50 cm guns. This one has an new hull and new AA guns(the 10 cm ones).
Design A-150 was an entirely new design that derived little from the design of the IJN Yamato class.

So it would also add a 4 main turret then ? And it would carry the same aa turrets as the Akizuki i believe, 6 on each side?

Yep, but those guns are 20 inch, and it looks like they have armoured 25mm triples on the deck.

No, is a light weight A-150. With 3 double 50 cm guns, no triple 15,5 cm guns and many DP 10 cm guns(same as IJN Akizuki, IJN Taiho and IJN Oyodo class but with a unique design armoured enclosures, an antiblast/antiblister heavy weight design).
That particular design was actually chosen by the A-150 committee responsible for constructing this huge warship.
Also the main bridge is a bit different, with the addition for more 10 cm armored directors.

Timmy, PT-109 has been released:

There is no mention of the Italeri 1/35 scale X-Craft in your list. Is it still due for release?

Just out of curiosity, I cannot quite remember how many years ago did Dragon announce their 1/350 Pennsylvania and CL-51 Atlanta cruiser?
At least it feels like years to me. Other model kit producers are launching products almost unannounced and they seem to be doing quite alright.

Thanks Francis. I thought Italeri had forgotten it and it's nice to see that there is a crew for the Vosper after all.
