thanks red its good to be back at it. :woo_hoo:
I am hoping to get out there again tomarrow and get some more done, I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, oh wait, thats just the C-N-C :woo_hoo: yelling at me to do my hunny do list. :bash_2:
No, really have been working so much as of late I couldn't get to the shop at all. But with tomarrow being new years I get the day to build, I think unless the C-N-C changes the POD. :heh: :heh: :heh: :heh:

Hey Mark,
thanks so much that's exactly what I'm looking for, funny thing is I have that set in the stash. I had forgot all about it, and when cleaning up / out the shop today I came across it. Now just have to order those Starfighter decals and what ever else I need for this build.

Yup, I have a CVN problem for sure! I was organizing my shop last night, which included consolidating all the aricraft I had stashed in every corner. The result was the realization that I have over 200 unbuilt modern Navy and Marine aircraft, and this is after I have traded and sold at least 50 away in the last few months. You're welcome Mr. trumpeter!

Hi ya guys,
Went out to the shop this morning and spent a good bit of time cleaning and reorganizing. I also made my son his own work station and set up everything for him, he had a small table that he worked on but now he has a proper station, tools and peg board organizer. He is so excitied about the new set up he has. Now, he is already planning on what he wants to get next from Micromark. I am so excitied for him, he has his own job and he buys what he wants. I'll get picks of his station and post them for you to see.
After all that I did manage to do some work on a few island structures, just some basic's but still was enjoyable to work on something.

Hi ya John,
Yes its fun to watch his enthusiasm and his abilities improve, he is going to be a great builder with his attention to details. Right now he is working on a 600 scale Titanic, just to get a feel for the ship and pratice detailing it befor he gets a 350 scale Titanic, its just something he loves agout that old liner, but he does love the warships as well. Now as far as your problem just send a few this way and we will help with that over population of ships. LOL

Happy modeling to you my friend.

Very nice Mark, Yes you have a problem too.

Took me ages to find the Lego that Jim mentioned, I use Lego for mold boxes(well that's my excuse)

I like the white cabinet, where did that come from?

I built that book case from a couple of the "particle board" furniture bookcases I had, painted them white , and trimmed them with molding. I had the glass made to fit. When we finally move, it is going to suck moving the bookcases and models.

Thanks Mark,

The molding has totally transformed the bookcases, I normally get mine from Walmart, 3 and 5 shelf, I intend putting a display in my lounge with glass shelves so that the lighting will shine down from the top, seems I have a way forward now.
