Why do you say no WL option? There's clearly a separate lower hull.

Looking at the hull halves, it appears the waterline plate is molded onto the bottom of each half - follow the sprue connection points to see it.

What do you mean no WL option Bill? Looks like the lower hull is one piece and the upper hull is two pieces.

Sherman destroyer (USS Forrest Sherman (DDG-98)) is the fourth eighteen of the U.S. Navy's Arleigh Burke-class destroyer named after Admiral Forrest Sherman.
Ah, HobbyBoss, why can't you learn math. But, anyway, looks like a nice addition to the Burks-Class line. If only the masts on those kits were not PE, they would be perfect. Oh well. It looks like my wallet is going to get even smaller.

No worries Bill, we've all been there at some point.
Glad to see HB continuing their DDG-51 line. Wonder when we'll see a BMD version with those new radars above the bridge?

According to Revell's facebook, we'll be getting a 1/350 kit of the SMS Dresden & SMS Emden. Due out in the spring...

New mold or repop? Cuz they've made those in 1/350 for a while now.

Based on pricing only the four IJN CLs are most likely reissues. Hobby Search has them listed with no details and priced at less than $15.

Agreed; although hard to tell because (as you've said) there are no pics (yet) on HS and the machine translations are good for entertainment only, as usual.Steve wrote:Based on pricing only the four IJN CLs are most likely reissues.
