Spanish ship flags

Hello, iam currently building a spanish bomb vessle "La Candelaria" and i have questions about what flags/pennants to fly.
I take it the cross of burgundy is supposed to be flown at the stern? But apart from that i have little to no clue.

Any and all information about what flags/pennants to fly and where is greatly appriciated! The more the merrier!
