Hello everyone,
I am posting this for a friend of mine,who is in need of someone to build a model for him. He wanted me to build the Charles W. Morgan whaling ship,but the problem is that I have never really built a sailing ship before.
So with that in mind,does anyone know of who can do this project for him? I can build it but I have NO idea how to do the rigging,much less how to make it realistic and not a toy like model. I don't even know the proper terminology to even know what ship builders are talking about.The problem I'm having is that everyone that I talked to wont do plastic ships only the wooden ones.
So if anyone could help me in directing me to someone who can do this,I would be grateful.
