Spring Modelers Exhibition / Fund Raising Event

Now that we are only 14 weeks away from the Exhibition date, it is not too soon for us to begin gathering pre-registration information.
In fact, as we begin to make plans for media coverage in the Fayetteville area, it is imperative that we be able to state, with reasonable certainty, the number of modelers who will be exhibiting their art at the event.
Time to make a commitment folks....
Anyone planning to attend this event must take a few minutes and give me an email reply with the information listed below.
I'll keep everyone posted on the registration development.

11:00 am - Exhibition opens to public
3:00 pm - Begin public auction
5:00 pm - Exhibition Close
