I thought I'd pass on a link I found the other day:

Lots of original plans for Dutch Warships... my area of interest is ironclads and pre-dreadnoughts so I didn't look at much else... but the vast majority of ships from that era are listed.

The plans for the Monitors are a bit sparse though...
