Calling all IJN Kiyokawa Maru-class seaplane tender fans

I am building the Aoshima Kiyokawa maru seaplane carrier and feel uncertain about her AA fit. The Jentschura et al book on Japanese warships report a pair of 13 mm MG and 2 x 8 cm AA guns. My question is where did they go? The kit has two splinter shield positions abaft the funnel, were they for the MG or the 8 cm AA guns? My guess would be the 13 mm MG on the top of the bridge wings and the pair of 8 cm abaft the funnel. But maybe I'm wrong? all advice welcome!

The 8cm weapons are part C21 and are not used. C23 is indicated, and those appear to be 13mm singles, which in itself is odd, as that's pretty light AA. Kimikawa Maru caries twin 25mm in their position.

I don't know the source of Aoshima's information.
