I've just received this book. This is a series of large scale drawings of the bridge towers of IJN battleships, in three point perspective and plan views. The plan views are 1/144th scale. Some of these views have been seen before in various Gakken, Model Art, Model Graphix and other volumes, but not in this scale, or collected together. The plan views are reminiscent of the various IJN AOTS books as well. All views are 1941 and include: Haruna, Kirishima, Kongo, Hiei, Fuso, Yamashiro, Hyuga, Mutsu, and Yamato. Not pictured are overhead, individual deck views.
It's a great reference for IJN fans, particularly the BB aficionados. Highly recommended. Cover photo courtesy of HobbySearch Japan.
