Also waiting to hear back from messages; I received one (1) single 1/350 plane out of a replacement order (original order was very poorly printed and some planes of the same make were even printed in different scales) that was supposed to have been shipped with about 40 aircraft. Not boosting my confidence very much with an order that was originally placed and paid for almost 7 months ago.

Well I can confirm that they still haven't fixed the issues with my order from January, nor have they fixed the outstanding issues with a few other modelers I know who have received poor quality products from them over the last 8 months either. Still hoping, but seems they're operating off of the good name and reputation that l'arsenal 1.0 earned for all the years they provided great service.

I've been in contact with Melanie in Morocco via Email and this week via WhatApp's free international calls. You deserve to hear directly what has happened over the past 8 months. BTW Melanie does not speak English. I called this week and talked to her secretary because Melanie had been in the hospital. My em is len.fricke at Google etc. I am aware of the many problems you have experienced. So too is Melanie.
